We’re just a few days away from Selection Sunday and that means the NCAA Tournament is just around the corner.

Sunday night you’ll hear lots of talk about brackets, March Madness, tournament snubs, seeds and favorites.  Here’s all you really need to know:  if your office is participating in a March Madness pool you should join in.

Last week I posted a video how about March Madness can help improve teamwork.  This week I want to give you a few ideas for filling out your bracket.  It’s more of an encouragement for those who don’t think they know enough to make good selections.

You want to know a secret?  I’ve worked in sports a long time and never won the office pool.

If you don’t know where to start, the video offers a few ideas.
